Welcome to The Rosendin Foundation Grant Application Portal!
The Rosendin Foundation supports national programming and programs within 100 miles of a Rosendin or Modular Power Solutions (MPS) office/jobsite. This currently includes the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Before beginning your application:
- Please read our funding exceptions to ensure your program is eligible
- You may save your application and work on it again at any time before submitting it
- Emergency Grant applications are reviewed upon submission
- Annual Grant applications for the 2026 funding cycle must be received by Friday, May 29th. All eligible applications will be reviewed by a committee. We plan to award grants in September 2026.
Funding Exceptions
In general, The Rosendin Foundation does NOT provide financial support for:
- Programming more than 100 miles outside of Rosendin & MPS' office and project areas (we encourage you to verify prior to applying).
- Organizations not in good standing with the IRS and Secretary of State’s office of the state where the nonprofit provides services and seeks funding.
- Political candidates, organizations, committees, or lobbying efforts;
- Activities, programs and/or capital expenditures affiliated with a religious organization;
- Scientific research;
- Projects for an individual school;
- Grants to subsidize participation (scholarships or loans) or re-granting programs;
- Reimbursement for purchases or activities that occur prior to grant decisions;
- For singular grant requests greater than $100,000;
- Multi-year or ongoing annual funding requests for an organization;
- To underwrite the costs of fundraising events, such as luncheons, dinners, golf tournaments, bowl-a-thons, charity runs, etc.
- Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ability/disability, age, status as a veteran, national origin or any other protected class;
The Rosendin Foundation has one grant annual cycle for financial grants up to $100,000. The deadline for consideration is Friday, May 29th. The Foundation will issue grants in September 2026.
